  This is one of two Moe's my wife and I frequent on a semi regular basis. So, relatively speaking, this Moe's in terms of service and food quality has never been equal to or greater than the Moe's in Chantilly. The last visit to the Leesburg Moe's was the worst yet. The service was slow, meaning, the was a line of 5 orders waiting before someone came to complete them. The food quality was below par, meaning, the queso was runny and all of our burittos fell apart due to poor construction. I actually realized they'd fall apart while I watched them being made. For these reasons, we're going to only go to the Moe's in Chantilly from here on.

  I love moes, but with THIS Moes lacks in hospitality, understanding English, and customer service. All of the employees are terrible at English and would prefer to engage in a conversation with eachother, rather than with their "guests". They messed up my order entirely, none of them spoke enough English to understand why or how they messed up the order, the manager was nowhere to be found, and before which almost all of them refused acknowledge my existence when I walked through the door. When I went to place my order I asked for a burrito without beans, she looked distracted and continued conversating with her fellow employees, she gave started putting beans on the tortilla, I tried to stop her by saying I was allergic, she then stared at me with confusion and threw the beans in the trash but kept the same bean infested tortilla and started laying down rice on it, I politely asked if I could have a new tortilla because I was allergic to the beans that she had just placed on it, she didn't understand and just stared and me, I asked for a new tortilla, she then dumped the rice that she had just been mixed with the been infested tortilla back into the rice bin and stared at me asking what I wanted, or if I still wanted a burrito, with a confused face. I said nevermind I'll leave. Overall, did not enjoy my experience. Will not be going back again.
